Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed in each proposal, invoice, or package description before money is due. Unless otherwise stated, accepted proposals may require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances linked to agreed milestones or delivery stages. Taxes, third-party fees, hosting, domains, stock assets, and out-of-scope work may be excluded unless explicitly included. Online payments, when enabled, are processed through approved payment providers. A payment is considered received only after server-side confirmation. This draft should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal or business stakeholders before production reliance.
